For many years now, I have worked with clients who come in with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, grief, relationship strife, LGBTQ+ experiences, body hatred and food issues. I have years of working with clients who struggle in various ways with their thinking, their self-image, and with processing and releasing trauma. I'm love working to heal a history of dieting, disordered eating, food obsession, thin worship and body hatred. The treatment I provide is liberation-focused, weight neutral, and radically inclusive.

Starting therapy or coming back to it can be intimidating. I offer an open heart and a compassionate ear to the truth of your experience. I work with clients who struggle with feeling safe and calm in the world, in their bodies and within our insane and demanding culture. Mostly, I love working with clients who suffer from body hatred and have a history of dieting and food obsession. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of rumination and suffering within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
