We are in a global crisis; we need new emotional/spiritual/physical resources, inner connections, and relationships. I work with individuals in life transitions, those who have experienced trauma/abuse, who want to live and age more mindfully, and/or who need to grieve losses. I can also help you learn to have more fulfilling relationships or leave relationships that are no longer working. When stressed, people sometimes find that they don't have a strong foundation. In a counseling relationship, you can learn to rebuild one.
I especially enjoy working with creatives who want to live more authentically and fully. But I will engage with individuals from all walks of life and seek to meet you wherever you are. As a progressive minister, I believe each of us is on a unique spiritual path, whether "religious" or not. I will journey with you and follow your lead.
