Do you sometimes wonder how you got to this point in your life? I work with individuals in life transitions, who have experienced trauma/abuse, who want to live and age more mindfully, and/or who need to grieve losses. I can also help you learn to have more fulfilling relationships or leave relationships that are no longer working. When stressed, people sometimes find that they don't have a strong foundation. In a counseling relationship, you can learn to rebuild one.
I was a hospital chaplain, and I offer home visits for persons in Hospice. In general, I enjoy working with people who want to live more courageously, mindfully, and authentically. Since I offer in-depth therapy, my work with each client is unique and open ended. I work with people from all walks of life and seek to meet you wherever you are.
We all need someone to journey with us in life. Don't wait until you are in crisis to come for support.
