Hello! My name is Paula Bruce. I am a licensed therapist. My focus is anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I help individuals and couples who need help navigating life’s difficulties. Connection is the most important aspect of successful therapy. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth. I use an eclectic approach of different modalities individualized to fit each of my clients. I am dedicated to finding what works for every client.
