About
I work with adults and couples. I am a client-focused, empathetic, and devoted psychotherapist who has been in the social services field for over a decade. I work with the perinatal population with a focus on infertility, pregnancy, parenting, and postpartum anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals struggling with various forms of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and the effects of trauma and domestic violence. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change, Feminist Theory and the Strength-based perspective.
As part of the team at Resolution Counseling Center, we want to make starting therapy as easy as possible. Check out my calendar and request an appointment at resolutioncounseling.clientsecure.me/. You can also call, text, or email our administrative staff directly--info at www.resolutioncc.com/contact-us.
I am based in our Jersey City office and offer telehealth video sessions. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, BCBS/Horizon/Empire/Anthem and United/Optum/Oxford. We are out of network (OON) with all other plans but can check coverage and submit claims for you.
