I work to help you resolve underlying negative beliefs and patterns that are getting in the way of who you were always meant to be. Your authentic self. Whether your pain stems from traumatic experiences, attachment wounds, or emotional needs that aren’t being met, therapy can help you sit with the pain while still building a meaningful and rich life.

I believe that our relationship is the most important part of therapy. Therapy provides a safe, supportive place to experience nonjudgmental support, develop coping strategies and process thoughts, feelings, experiences - addressing issues you may be holding on to that keep you stuck while also building upon your existing strengths.

My work is influenced heavily by the principles of trauma informed care all considered within cultural context / identities of the client.
