I have been trained in a variety of healing modalities in order to provide an array of interventions for my clients. I use the cutting edge modalities of Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and Psychosynthesis. I believe that each individual has an inner wisdom to reach their full potential.
I enjoy working with adults and children. I have a special interest in helping children and adolescents and have been trained in Sand Play, Play Therapy and Art Therapy. I am a board certified Art Therapist.
I have over 25 years of experience with providing effective and caring psychotherapy and counselling services. I have been trained in clinical applications based upon current research about the brain. I implement an integrated mind, body and spirit approach in guiding my clients through the healing process.
