I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker; I also have a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar from Virginia Commonwealth University. As you may guess I feel creativity can be a huge asset in therapy but also more broadly in life!
I use mindfulness techniques and the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music in addition to more traditional talk therapy methods to offer several different avenues for healing.
I also love working with artists, musicians and meditators
