I started working as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2015 and as a Professional Clinical Counselor in 2016. I am passionate about helping people heal, improve, and grow into the best version of themselves they can become. My foundation is built on client centered therapy, and creating a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space. I have significant experience working with clients with trauma and/ or PTSD. I like to integrate various evidence based treatments into therapy, when appropriate, including EMDR, Mindfulness, Strength Based, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, CBT, MI, Existential, Gestalt, DBT, Gottman, and Hypnotherapy
A lot of my experience has been with client who have PTSD. I have been EMDR trained since 2022 and am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). I have done a lot of work with military, clients with "big T and little t" traumas, and 1st responders. I also treat clients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, high functioning ASD, codependency
