I will not be asking you "How does that make you feel?" YOU are the expert in you and my role is to help you understand things that are in your way and how to get rid of them. I served in Army, Navy and in the Marine infantry with three combat tours. I've had to work through my own trauma and struggles and after I did, I went back to get my degree so I can help people struggling to move forward. I partner with clients to help build understanding of where the problems originate so you can revise the narrative and move toward the person you want to be.
How am I different than most therapists? I've been there so I can help you find the way out. I blend conventional therapy with physical movements if appropriate; stretches, yogic practices, and developed a mindfulness-based boxing approach.
