I specialize in helping couples deal with the different crises that come up in relationships, from affairs to communication issues and feeling disconnected, as well as challenges related to parenting. I also help people struggling with relationships, purpose, identity, and divorce, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal development.
I am experienced with cross-cultural relationships, as well as emotional regulation and PTSD/Trauma. Divorce recovery is a passion of mine and I utilize a specific program to help you go through it well and come out the other side a more whole you.
