Through my work with individuals, couples, and families, I create a space for you to build confidence and self-esteem, reduce stress, and improve communication.
My practice incorporates narrative, relational, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral practices from a trauma-responsive approach. Over time, we will explore the patterns of how experiences from your past may impact you today to give you deeper insight into your own emotions and thought patterns.
