I believe that healing is possible within the warmth of a supportive, honest and non-judgmental relationship. While beginning with a new therapist can feel daunting, together we will build a meaningful connection where your own voice and unique strengths will lead the healing journey. Through my work with individuals, couples, and families, I create a space for you to build confidence and self-esteem, reduce stress, and improve communication.
My practice incorporates narrative, relational, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral practices from a trauma-responsive approach. Over time, we will explore the patterns of how experiences from your past may impact you today to give you deeper insight into your own emotions and thought patterns.
