About
If you are reading this, it may be that you are searching for a corner of the world where you can allow yourself to feel confident, welcomed and accepted, just as you are. Perhaps you need some support to notice, understand and express some of your more difficult experiences. Maybe you have felt your unique identity become problematized, pathologized and invalidated during crucial or difficult periods of your life. This can often be the experience of people who call themselves twice-exceptional or neurodiverse, as well for those who are on a journey of gender expansion or transition, and intersex children and adults.
In my therapy practice I work with adults, adolescents and children that are coping with issues rooted in a disconnect between their identity and the world they inhabit. Together, we embark on a process in which you can find within yourself the tools and wisdom to begin to integrate the hard things you have encountered.
I use imagination, kindness, playfulness and creativity to establish a therapeutic space where you are accepted, loved and welcomed. In this environment, we will collaborate together to grow trust and rapport, from which your self-acceptance and self-compassion can emerge. Please email or call for a short initial call where can talk more about your needs.
