Each one of us have our own life story. In this story there could be pain, hurt, regret and happiness. As a therapist for over 30 years I have heard many stories of people at different life stages. As your therapist, I want to learn your past and present story to hear where you have been and then help you write your next chapter for a healthy future! This is done by setting goals to know where you are headed. I would love the opportunity to help you write a best selling novel of your life!
In our life's story, we encounter all kinds of situations that take us in the wrong direction. If you are struggling with relational conflict, anxiety, depression, vocational stress, parenting, or just stuck in life, there is hope. By looking at who you are through the lens of your family system, you come to a better understanding of yourself.
We all have struggles and issues to work through in life. No one person is better than the other. Only you can change yourself but I can be there to give input and support.
