My goal is to provide a thoughtful and supportive space where you can work through life’s challenges and move toward growth and healing. Everyone is welcome.
I see clients at my private practice on Monday afternoons and the rest of the week through Westside Family Church, which offers clinical counseling with licensed professionals on a generous sliding scale.

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) with advanced EMDR training, and advanced Gottman (Level 2) training. I am a Gottman Seven Principles Leader, and I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, SYMBIS, and Love & Logic . I am a member of the American Assoc. of Marriage and Family Therapy, and I primarily use research-based interventions.
I am committed to helping you find relief from the stress of daily life. I place great emphasis on the importance of self-soothing, and the ability to lean into discomfort for the sake of growth. I firmly believe these principles serve as the key to becoming the best versions of ourselves, while also deepening the connections we share with our loved ones.
