Parenting Group: Building Healthy No's
I am seeking 6 to 8 parents of teens who are currently navigating behavioral or emotional challenges. This 8?week group will meet weekly to explore and strengthen healthy parenting approaches, learn practical therapeutic tools, and build confidence in supporting and empowering your teen. Together, we will focus on fostering productivity, resilience, and the ability to distinguish healthy choices from unhealthy ones—starting with the foundation created at home.
