I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Florida. I work with a wide range of clients from teens to adults helping them to find the best versions of themselves. We often need an objective person to just listen but if that person has specific skills and training in fields like Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, Visualization, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR it can help open up your navigational trail to a more joyous and energetic life so much more quickly.
I also work with athletes from the middle school to Division 1 college level and am a Certified Sports Psychology Coach.
I love building on YOUR strengths and interests (even if you are not sure of what they are yet). Through learning those we can better learn how to help you work through the troubles that you are having to creating a successful life however YOU define that! (I am also a former Stand-Up Comic so I see getting you to the point of laughter as a worthwhile goal!)
