Although I am a generalist, with experience treating a wide variety of clinical issues, I do specialize in the treatment of stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, couples therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and wellness coaching.

Personal Seminar Programs are time-limited, topic driven, structured programs tailored to meet the unique needs of an individual, a couple or a family.
