At Heart Light, we believe that personal growth is a natural psychological process that fundamentally belongs to you, not to us.

We envision ourselves as more akin to doctors that deliver babies. We are ready to intervene as and when needed, but our primary role is to facilitate a natural process that belongs, first and foremost, to you.

Although I am a generalist, with experience treating a wide variety of clinical issues, I do specialize in the treatment of stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, couples therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and wellness coaching.
In addition to traditional therapy services, Heart Light offers a variety of Personal Seminar Programs that help you to be the best that you can be. Personal Seminar Programs are time-limited, topic driven, structured programs tailored to meet the unique needs of an individual, a couple or a family.
