My Philosophy: Your/my/our worth is equal and inherent. We hold pain (emotional or physical) because we’re unwilling to feel it completely and it can’t metabolize out of the body. Pain disappears when we pay attention to it.
Experience: Prior to private practice, I worked at UVM Medical Center and Northwestern Counseling and Support Services. I am a certified yoga instructor, former NCAA athlete and returned Peace Corps volunteer.
