I provide a very straight-forward and direct solution focused approach for addressing barriers of life. I understand that sometimes we all can use a safe space to process situations that come along with being human in a sometimes less than humane world. I provide guidance through instructing the use of various breathing exercises, grounding, stabilization, and relaxation techniques to provide clients with tools for minimizing stress responses.
I am a licensed therapist, certified trauma professional, and Veteran, who utilizes an integrated approach of several evidence-based body therapy techniques including, but not limited to somatic experiencing and bi-lateral therapies. I specialize in teaching tools for reducing negative symptoms of trauma as well as depression and anxiety disorders.
