I provide a warm and developmentally appropriate environment, both in-person and virtually, where children can express themselves, build emotional awareness, and learn healthier ways to respond to difficult experiences. Depending on your child’s age and needs, therapy may include play, creative activities, conversation, cognitive behavioral strategies,
emotional-regulation skills, and parent collaboration. I help children experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, family changes, grief, peer difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, school-related challenges, ADHD, and possible neurodivergence.
