My approach is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic, informed by interpersonal and cognitive methods when useful. I focus on recurring patterns, defenses, and contradictions. This is not advice-driven therapy or quick symptom relief (though that can happen). It is intense, often challenging work aimed at structural change, but still supportive.
