Dad's Group - Telehealth
A Psychotherapy Process Group for high functioning dads with kids ages 0-early teens who are achieving success but are struggling with wellbeing and balancing success as a parent, spouse/partner and professional. The group will provide an opportunity for connection, support, feedback and growth from a group of dads sharing similar challenges. The group may facilitate the development of new skills, approaches, mindsets and confidence to be successful as a family man and a professional.
