Paul is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works from a strengths-based, client-centered, humanistic approach, focusing on aspects of mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I carefully consider client's cultural upbringing/religious background when addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and other life experiences. I work with an array of clients, from different, social and economic background and have worked with conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, divorce, and family conflicts.

My desire for being a therapist simply stems from also having a therapist in my adolescent years, who aided in guiding me through many emotionally difficult times.
I was able to see the benefits of therapy firsthand, and desired to assist others with navigating through life's struggles. Goals are collaboratively identified and categorized from high to low. Each goal has an identifiable completion date in measuring progress.
