I appreciate helping individuals and couples develop deeper relationships and find more joy in day to day living. Life can be tough. I offer a supportive and direct approach to those needing help with sex and relationship issues, anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, and addictions. I also have a special spot in my heart to support those who have dealt with loss, whether recently or many years ago. Therapy is a space to adapt, stretch, and grow.
My work with individuals and couples has been influenced by my trainings with relationship expert Terry Real using his Relational Life Therapy model to learn the skills to build a more cherishing and respectful relationships with self and others.
