If there is chaos in these relationships, or something that just does not seem right, we can explore these relationships so that you aren't constantly feeling exhausted or anxious.
Getting clear about what shaped you to connect with others is extremely important. If you grew up in abusive relationships, you will often find yourself repeating these relationships in adult life and, unfortunately, unintentionally passing them on to children. Our work will highlight these patterns and create healthier ways of connecting with others.
