Relationships and life can be challenging. During those times, seeking help is a sign of wisdom not weakness. Whether you're facing relationship problems or mental health challenges, I would be honored to help. I work with those looking for healing, harmony, and hope in all areas of their life. I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to help you feel comfortable. I have an office in Ada Oklahoma where I provide in-person and online therapy.
I have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years, helping a wide variety of people overcome their problems. My experience working with thousands of clients has equipped me to help you reach your goals. When you are ready to make positive changes in your life, you can reach out by phone, email, or website to schedule an appointment.
In addition to providing clinical care, I supervise LPC and LMFT candidates. I serve as an Associate Professor of Clinical Mental Health Counseling for ECU, Adjunct Professor of Marriage & Family Therapy for OBU, and served as Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine for OSU. We can discuss licensing supervision if you are pursuing licensure.
