Relationships and life can feel overwhelming at times. When you're facing mental health challenges or relationship problems, I would be honored to help you. I am dually licensed in Oklahoma as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment to help you feel comfortable. I have an office in Ada Oklahoma where I provide in-person and online therapy. I currently have openings for new patients and am available to help you reach your goals.

I've been a licensed therapist for over 20 years, helping a wide variety of people overcome their problems. My experience working with hundreds of clients over my career has equipped me to help you reach your goals. It has been an honor to be a part the healing process for many individuals and families, and I look forward to helping you as well.

In addition to providing therapy services to individuals and families, I have trained and supervised Behavioral Health Providers for over two decades, trained Family Medicine Physicians, and currently serve as Associate Professor in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling training program. I am available for professional trainings, supervision, and consulting.
