The good news is that although things can seem complicated, there is always a reason, a belief, an experience, a meaning, a fear, or a combination of these that are the underlying cause of repetitive problems and difficult emotions such as anger, despair or depression.
I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in California with a wide range of experience over 30 years that includes working for: CPS, adolescent residential treatment centers, substance abuse treatment center, psychiatric hospitals and doing psychiatric evaluations in a hospital ER.
