Welcome! I offer standard sessions Monday thru Friday and extended evening hours from Monday to Thursday for mental health therapy, life, and career counseling. As a father, husband, and veteran with nearly 10 years of experience, I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to help you overcome obstacles and align your thoughts and behaviors with your life goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. Expect a welcoming, safe space where you can explore your feelings. I have extensive experience working with individuals on a variety of issues, including: Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Relationship difficulties , Self-esteem issues, and Life transitions. Additionally, I have worked with individuals who are adjusting to retirement and empty nest syndrome.
Therapy can seem daunting, intimidating, or scary. When you meet with me, you come to an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and safe. We can sit and chat and exchange ideas about how you feel at a pace that you are most comfortable with. The time you choose to invest is very important to me.
