I am Paul DeLew, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a degree from National Louis University in Chicago. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including panic disorder, ADHD, generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, addiction, trauma, and sexual abuse. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and I develop specialized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In my practice, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic approaches. I’m known for quickly building rapport to create a trusting, safe environment, where I maintain a nonjudgmental attitude so clients feel comfortable expressing themselves.
