Hi, I'm Paul Davila. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I utilize a client-centered approach and have experience working with clients with mood disorders, as well as substance abuse disorders. I have years of experience working with clients in a psychiatric hospital setting as well as substance abuse outpatient treatment facility. I have worked with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, adjusting to new environments/life changes, and those working on their sobriety.
My approach to therapy generally involves CBT and solution-focused theoretical approaches.
I utilize open communication and create a relaxing, nonjudgmental environment for my clients. I want everyone to feel comfortable in our sessions and feel they can be as open as they'd like to be.
