I have aided people with a myriad of issues that have included codependency, depression, anxiety, many forms of trauma, addiction, and metaphysical issues.

I have background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic therapy, mindfulness, and meditation. While working through these processes, a person may experience thoughts and feelings that they have not felt in a long time.
