That being said, I do not have a magic book of answers....but instead I provide, caring, thoughtful cooperative approach to helping people make changes in their lives. Making changes, requires a team approach. I have extensive experience in addressing fears, anxiety, depression, self esteem and psychological trauma.
While I am in-network with a few insurance plans, my insurance-based caseload is full at this time. However, I reserve a very limited number of private-pay spots for clients who do not have insurance and are in need of treatment, Private pay also provides greater privacy levels. Please reach out for current limited availability for private pay openings.
I have found great success with using EMDR in addressing anxiety, negative beliefs, fears and of course PTSD. In addition, I provide skills in becoming a Constructive Thinker. I believe in a practice that is real, down to earth, transparent, honest and direct.
