Making changes, requires a team approach. I have extensive experience in addressing fears, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and psychological trauma.
I have found great success with using EMDR in addressing anxiety, negative beliefs, fears and of course PTSD. In addition, I provide skills in becoming a Constructive Thinker. I believe in a practice that is real, down to earth, transparent, honest and direct.
