I focus on autism/ADHD (with or without trauma/PTSD) and narcissistic abuse. ADHD/Autism does not need to be previously diagnosed. My method is to analyze connections which typically stem back to one’s family of origin, which can lead to poor self-regard. Together, we work to identify patterns and tendencies, as well as where they came from. I believe lasting change is possible. Together, we can work toward meaningful insights, personal growth, and the freedom to move beyond self-criticism and patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for a more balanced and satisfying life.
Learn about trauma symptom's cause vs. effect; how & why are you experiencing this? Identify/analyze patterns, discover the origins of these patterns; self-awareness & separating the victimization from your self-image. Self-forgiveness; your inherent worth/value is very high.
