With a background in music, graphic arts, travel, writing, meditation, holistic health, and philosophy, I have a wide variety of tools and perspectives to help you define and walk your unique path to wellness. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I like to weave in a range of somatic and creative approaches where appropriate.
My upbringing, education, and many years spent living and working abroad have given me a great appreciation for cultural diversity and sensitivity.
