Hello! I have dedicated a decade of my life to helping people struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. My goal with therapy is to help my clients unhook from problematic beliefs or behaviors and help them work towards living their best lives. I believe that my clients have the tools and the capacity to heal from their past and get themselves out of harmful patterns that keep them from the lives that they want.
In my practice I employ various techniques such as acceptance and commitment therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotional freedom tapping technique, and brainspotting. My expertise lies in anxiety, addiction and trauma treatment aiding individuals in navigating the lingering effects of their past experiences.
