Hello! My name is Paul and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been practicing for over five years. I work with clients who are looking to find purpose, meaning, and healthy connection in life. I work with persons struggling with maladaptive coping skills. I understand the social pressures and stigma associated with men’s issues. The challenges that men face when it comes to seeking help and addressing their mental health concerns to find solutions.
In our first session, we will introduce ourselves and get to know one another. We will also begin exploring specific challenges you may be facing and wanting to discuss. We will discuss any questions you have about therapy and it’s process. We will begin formulating a treatment plan for our follow-up sessions and discuss what that might look like.
I work with adults in all stages of their life. My clients are often looking to lessen the stress in their lives and are uncertain about what steps to take to improve their quality of life. I work with clients who are looking to gain more effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, self-confidence, self-awareness, and lead healthier lifestyles.
