I enjoy supporting teens, young adults, and couples in achieving greater psychological flexibility. My clients report that I have greatly helped in reducing depression, anxiety, and relational issues as well as successfully guiding them on a path toward self-acceptance. I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework, which can help clients reframe negativity, develop long-term coping skills, and be more fully present in their relationships and their lives. Clients can recognize that their thoughts and emotions do not have to get in the way of taking action toward meeting their goals and making meaningful connections.
You can expect me to be engaged and collaborative with you in session. I use an eclectic, strength-based approach and find myself to be of most help when I can make space for safety, lightness, and trust in therapy. I’ve been told that I’m warm, funny, and gentle by clients. I primarily work with teens, young adults, and adults.
I am seeing clients both virtually and in-person in Santa Monica. Our office is out-of-network with insurance (PPO plans), but we will file claims for your reimbursement so you don't have to.
