I have enjoyed a varied career working as an outpatient mental health counselor in a rural community mental health center in Illinois and have lived and worked as a service provider in La Crosse for 24 years. I view myself as a generalist and have a great deal of experience working as an outpatient counselor with a variety of clients. I am fond of working with those who are affected by severe and persistent mental illness and have also worked in middle management many years as a supervisor of Community Support and Comprehensive Community Service programs in La Crosse, Vernon, and Crawford Counties.
