Life throws so much at us, and sometimes we need to make the space to talk about it. Whether we deal with difficult emotions, grief, relationship issues, or existential questions about life, your story and how you tell it matters. Let's learn to tell a good one together.
Feeling that existential dread about the world we live in? You're not the only one! I love to work with clients exploring their lives in transition, working toward your more ideal self, or just finding the hope to get out of bed in the morning. Much of my therapy background focusses on grief, loss, and bereavement, as well as the the daily stressors of life.
Therapy does not have to be a scary endeavor. By creating a welcoming space for you to wrestle with the hard stuff in a way that values and honors your story in a non-judgmental atmosphere, you will start uncovering things about yourself. I will be there as you lean into being your most authentic self and start overcoming the things that get in the way.
