Hello, My name is Paul Bailey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and Texas. I graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a licensed therapist for 9 years which I have worked in outpatient and inpatient settings. I have experience working with the following issues: anxiety, anger, depression, bipolar, psychosis, family issues, and behavioral issues.
My two main approaches to treating clients are cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. When I treat clients, we work together as a team to develop treatment goals and problem solving skills to develop solutions to their problems.
My number 1 goal as a therapist is to help clients meet their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Reaching out to others can be very difficult, but it can also be very rewarding. We all face problems; we just need the proper support and tools to help us overcome these problems.
