Hello, my name is Paul Bailey, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and Texas. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. Over the past 11 years, as a licensed therapist, I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, gaining experience in treating anxiety, anger, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, family challenges, and behavioral issues.
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy in my practice. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop treatment goals and build problem-solving skills to create effective solutions for the challenges they face.
