I work with Adults aged 18-64 who suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression, past traumas along with obsessive compulsive patterns. These symptoms can hinder people from achieving goals and enjoying healthier relationships. I can help people feel more confident and connected to live their best lives.
Holding a compassionate space for you to be heard, we will explore thoughts and feelings. With a holistic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion regulation, attachment therapy and mindfulness skills, I can empower clients to make lasting changes through greater awareness, self compassion and healthier thinking patterns.
