These symptoms can hinder people from achieving goals and enjoying healthier occupational and personal relationships. I can help people feel more confident and connected to live their best, authentic lives.
Holding a compassionate space for you to be heard, we will explore thoughts and feelings. With a holistic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion regulation, attachment therapy, somatic and mindfulness skills, I can empower clients to make lasting changes through greater awareness, self compassion and healthier thinking patterns.
