Mens' / Womens' Authentic Group
These are ongoing small/intimate groups for men and women of all ages who have current or previous psychotherapy experience. Our Authentic Groups provide a guided foundation for practicing authenticity in relationships, safely and within boundaries. It sets up learning by practicing joining or creating unity within diversity and give us useful feedback on the skill of communicating emotions and resistance.
