I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2005 and have accumulated a great deal of experience. I have treated clients who have suffered from depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, loss, performance anxiety, and self-esteem, as well as those who have difficulty dealing with significant life changes.
Through our sessions, clients learned tools and coping mechanisms that helped them overcome their difficult circumstances or better handle their ongoing problems. My mission as a psychotherapist is to help you reach your optimal well-being and fullest potential.
