Especially when it comes to daily stressors and responsibilities like marriage and parenting. Let’s work together using evidence-based techniques to stop negative thoughts and patterns so you can make positive mindset decisions. Triggers feel awful and there are proven remedies to help recognize and stop them. Together through therapy we can eliminate negative thoughts and memories that prevent you from being the best version of yourself.

Trauma can impact how we show up at work, in friendships and in our families. I specialize in treating trauma that people experienced like childhood abuse, sexual assault, and family neglect. Negative beliefs can lead to self sabotage or unhappiness. I use evidence based treatments to help people overcome recurring thoughts, memories, and nightmares.

My specialize in trauma treatments EMDR, ART, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Gottman, Emotionally Focused Attachment based couples therapy, Terry Real interventions and certification in an evidence based positive parenting curriculum. I welcome all spiritual influences, affirm all gender identifications, cultural backgrounds and beliefs.
