Current afternoon openings. Clients often tell me they feel overwhelmed with anxiety in parenting or their marriage. They feel unable to manage daily stressors or keep up with expectations at home and work. Daily stressors feel heavy and they end up arguing with their spouse, kids or coworkers. There are evidence-based techniques that can help you feel more in control to manage conflict effectively and role model better strategies. Triggers feel awful and there are proven remedies to stop them. Together through therapy we can eliminate negative thoughts and memories that prevent you from being your best self and feeling happier.

Trauma can impact how we show up at work, in friendships and in our families. I specialize in treating trauma that people experienced like childhood abuse, sexual assault, and family neglect. Negative beliefs can lead to self sabotage or low self esteem. I use evidence based treatments to help people overcome recurring thoughts, memories, and nightmares.

I specialize in trauma treatments EMDR, ART, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Gottman, Emotionally Focused Attachment based couples therapy, Terry Real interventions and certification in an evidence based positive parenting curriculum. I welcome all spiritual influences, affirm all gender identifications, cultural backgrounds and beliefs.
