I will help you recognize and build upon your strengths, challenge restrictive/limiting beliefs and behaviors, and forge new growth toward wholeness, confidence, and joy. Healing happens in relationships when there is meaningful and honest connections with others, but more importantly, within oneself.
I have expertise and success working with teens, adults, couples and families. I am client-centered and interactive, with a high level of feedback and participation in sessions. My approach is mindfulness-based cognitive therapy while integrating various other therapies to best meet my client's immediate and long term goals.
I utilize DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills to equip my clients with practical coping tools to resolve and manage struggles. In sessions I foster a confidential, safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. Mindfulness, unconditional acceptance, compassion and self-empowerment are all woven into my work with individuals.
