As a life coach, I have a passion for working with individuals and families. My passion is for those desiring change from the pattern of thinking that negatively impacts self-esteem, trust, personal, professional, and career aspirations. As a published author and public speaker, I’m most proud of my professional work with groups. I often teach from programs I’ve developed: Every Tear Counts© to work through unresolved historical and intergenerational trauma; A Journey to Birthright© to understand/increase self-esteem &; Crossing the Border© for recognizing and setting personal boundaries.
