About
I've worked as a psychotherapist for over 36 years and I aim to make my office setting a comfortable and safe place for clients to examine their problems, fears, and concerns. I work collaboratively with people to problem solve and understand their needs in psychotherapy.
I have many years of experience working with women with childhood abuse issues and I also specialize in stress management, behavioral and cognitive therapy, treating PTSD, anxiety disorders and grief issues. I use different modalities in treatment that include Internal Family Systems, relaxation training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic and relationship and interpersonal focused therapies.
I primarily see people in person in the office setting and I accept many insurance plans with payment in cash or a check. Please call 802-579-7341 for an appointment.
