I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I serve adults with a myriad of different needs. I have experience working with clients who have anxiety disorders, major depression, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum, ADD/ADHD, insomnia, relationship issues, endured trauma, and more. Every person's journey is different, and his or her challenges are unique; therefore, I use a variety of techniques to meet each person's needs. I have received training in several different modalities, such as CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I specialize in individual counseling for adults.
